Refund policy

Franklees will offer a refund to customers if we have been informed within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel the order and return the goods. The goods must be returned within 14 days after informing Franklees.  Alternately Franklees will accept returns within 28 days of the customer having received the goods. Franklees will replace (if a replacement is requested) or refund the purchase at the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs) withing 14 days of having received the goods.

We do not accept worn underwear returns due to high hygiene protocols.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@franklees.co.za. If your return is accepted, we  will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by way of replacement or refund. Please send us images of the defective issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwear. We do however accept returns of tops. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund before it reflects in your account.

Refunds will be made at the same price that the item or items were purchased for. Should the listed price of the item or items have changed since your purchase, you will still receive a refund based on the original purchase price that was paid. Refunds will be made into the same account or refunded using the same method that the purchase was paid with.
