Spotted a hole in your underwear? No worries! Snap a pic, tell us how it happened, and we'll send you a fresh pair or a refund. If it's the real deal, you'll get a voucher or a refund (shipping costs excluded).

Provide a short summary of how the hole happened and photo.

 

Provide your name and order number and item that has a hole.

 

We will process the refund or voucher promptly.

 

Shipping for exchanges is free.

 

If a refund or voucher is requested, the original shipping costs are not refundable.

 

The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

 

Vouchers will be for the value of the item only and will not include your original shipping cost. You will not be charged for shipping if an exchange is requested.

 

Only manufacturing faults or defects will qualify for the warranty. So, for example if your dog chewed your undies, that's on you 🙂
