How do BUNDLES work?
We’re glad you asked! Basically, the more you bag on full priced items, the more you save! For example: Add 3 full priced items to your cart and get 20% off! Add 4 full priced items, get 30% off! Add 5+ full priced items and get an awesome 40% off! The Bundle discount is automatically calculated at checkout. Easy peasy!

What size am I?
When it comes to buying underwear, you only get one shot. Because – well – hygiene. Don't worry, read the chart below each product and you'll nail it.
Women's Underwear: Our bottoms – that's Tangas, Bikinis and G-strings – run slightly small. If you prefer yours just right, stick to your size. Fancy a bit more room, just size up.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the UK is charged at fee between 3.5 - 6 GBP. For orders over 35 GBP shipping is free. This is a door to door service with one of our courier partners. Shipping charges may change from time to time and are service dependent. Free shipping is only valid for our standard delivery partner which is currently Royal Mail. Any other courier service will be charged for if selected even if the order value is 30 GBP or more.
Once the package leaves our fulfillment center, it is out of our hands. Delays can occur for reasons that are completely out of our control .Please mail any queries to hello@franklees.co.za or use the links provided to track your package.
Please note, various import duties and taxes may be incurred on delivery to certain regions. We send our products delivered duties unpaid and we have no control over these duties that may be incurred.
When will I receive my order?
We process orders from 08h00 - 13h00 on weekdays. So, if you order before 13h00, your package will reach our couriers on the same day. You should then receive your order within three working days. Our couriers take between 1-3 days to deliver but outlying and regional areas might take a little longer.
As we use third party couriers and delivery services, the exact time that a delivery may take is out of our hands. We will endeavor to use the most reliable and cost effective service providers.
What if I am not at home/office to receive my order?
The courier company used will always attempt to deliver to your door. If no one is home or no one answers, they will then usually try to call. If still no luck, the couriers will attempt delivery again on their next delivery run. To follow your Franklees delivery, use the tracking details in your order fulfillment email. If you notice an error with your delivery address or contact details, just contact us on hello@franklees.co.za and we'll let the fulfillment center know there's been a mistake.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been collected, we will send you a tracking number via email or text depending on courier. If you have not yet received your tracking number, check your junk mail. If you can't find it there, drop us an email (hello@franklees.co.za) so that we can check if it has been dispatched. Please remember: If you placed your order during a weekend, or after 13h00 on a working day, it will only be dispatched on the next business day. If you have a tracking number, you can track it using the link to the courier's website also found in that email. If there's a problem with your parcel, it's our problem too. We won't leave you high and dry. The fastest way to find your order is to contact the couriers directly with your tracking details. Failing that, you know where we are (hello@franklees.co.za).

From Franklees.co.uk we ship anywhere in the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. For South Africa please go to www.franklees.co.za and for Sweden please go to www.franklees.se
NOTE: Our couriers may need a signature to deliver. That means P.O Boxes are out, sorry. Local orders will also be delivered to your door or whatever address you provided.
How do I place an order?
Well, we are super happy you've found something you like.
The next bit is even easier. All you need to do is select your size then hit the ADD TO CART button under your chosen product. Once you've finished shopping, click the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page, then click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. Boom, you're done.
What are my payment options?
All our payment options are safe and secure through payment gateways such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna.
Can I buy a Gift Card?
Yeah you can. Particularly helpful if you're not sure of their size. Use the drop down menu and click GIFT CARDS. Select your value, add to cart and checkout. We'll then email you the voucher.
What is your return policy?
We take hygiene really seriously at Franklees so we unfortunately cannot accept any underwear returns. The only exceptions are tops – if they are unworn and have all packaging still intact.
We do not accept any order edits or order cancellations.
To return your Franklees, first send us an email at hello@franklees.co.za. Then include a note with your full name, order number and reason for return in the parcel.

For all orders, return postage is not provided. If your return is accepted, store credit will be issued to cover your replacement pair.
Franklees will not be held responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control, including but not limited to wars, courier issues, postal strikes, incorrect addresses and acts of God.
Please note that we do not accept any returns, refunds or order edits during the Black Friday promotional period.
